Shipping policy
Please ensure that the correct address is entered at the time of placing your orders. Once your order has been processed, the address cannot be changed. The Little Kiwi Co is not responsible for any incorrect address entered at checkout. Any orders returned to sender can be reshipped at your expense - orders will not be not be refunded if returned to sender.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free shipping on U.S. orders $37.5 and over - excludes *bulky items.
$3.48 Flat rate standard shipping on all orders under $37.5 (Non refundable). Orders are processed in 3-5 business days - during high volume times such as sales, this may increase by 1-2 days. Approximately 2-8 days anticipated shipping time.
$4.98 Bulky shipping on items that are heavier/bulkier to ship (Non refundable).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to offer world wide shipping to our international customers. If your region is not available at checkout then exact shipping will be charged - please email [email protected] with the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a shipping quote.
Please note that for all international orders, additional shipping charges will apply for orders 2lbs (1kg) and over* - please see note below.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES OR DUTIES INCURRED - YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU REFUSE ACCEPTANCE DUE TO TAXES OR DUTIES OWED. Please note that taxes and duties are set by individual governments and are beyond our control.

Australian and New Zealand customers - shipping to these countries is quite fluid at the moment due to shipping carriers changing their policies quite frequently. Your order will ship via Pirate Ship (if selected at checkout) USPS or via courier.
Please contact us prior to placing your order if it is time sensitive and we can send through a quote for expedited shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PIRATE SHIP OPTION:
We do offer a cheaper shipping option for customers in Australia/New Zealand via Pirate Ship. Please note that this can take longer than regular USPS due to the fact that Pirate Ship uses commercial shipping partners.
Tracking will be provided however, this can take some time to update as it moves through their system. If you choose to select this cheaper shipping option, then please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping times are completely out of the control of Thelittlekiwicosonce dispatched.
Shipping time will be dependent on shipping location and varies from 7-21 business days - however, in some cases, shipping can take 6-8 weeks. This is beyond the control of Thelittlekiwicos- we will not refund orders that are in transit to destination and taking longer than expected to arrive.
Thelittlekiwicosuses USPS or couriers to ship all packages. Orders received on weekends or federal holidays will be processed within 72hours of the next business day. We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues (such as weather) outside of our control.
All international orders are Final Sale and shipping prices are based on orders weighing under 2lbs (1kg). Please contact us via [email protected] if you would like a custom quote.
*BULKY ITEMS/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER 2LBS IN WEIGHT
Due to the weight and dimensions of bulky items, free shipping is not available for domestic US orders and domestic bulky shipping rates apply.
For international orders, additional shipping charges will apply for orders 2lbs (1kg) and over*. You will be sent an invoice with the additional amount to be paid. We will refund your if this is not paid as we are unable to absorb the cost of international postage. Thank you for your understanding.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Once shipped, The Little Kiwi Co is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS/Courier Company with any questions on lost or damaged packages. Please note; this also includes packages that are marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier. The quickest way to resolve this issue is for YOU to directly contact your local post office or the courier company and submit a "Missing Mail" request. They will then check with your local mail/delivery carrier and go from there. PLEASE do not contact us in regard to this as there is nothing we can do once a package is marked delivered. Thelittlekiwicosis unable to offer any replacements or refunds due to lost or damaged packages.
