Refund policy

Thelittlekiwicosappreciates you and your business.  We understand that it can be sometimes difficult to find the correct piece for your little ones and we want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help!  Please email [email protected] for any order related enquiries - our business hours are Monday to Friday from 0930am to 1530pm PST.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to receive an exchange, your items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in original packaging (if applicable) and with the original tags attached.

We are happy to make ONE exchange per order - we do not allow unlimited exchanges per order. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same item and will dependent on available inventory - we do not allow exchanges for a completely different item.  Please note that we do not "hold" inventory unless an exchange is confirmed by providing us with tracking information to show that your item has been sent back. If you are wanting to exchange for a different item, then a store credit will be issued.  Please note that exchanges cannot be made for Final Sale items - a list can be found below. 

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to ThelittlekiwicosAND for shipping your exchange out.  We highly recommend that you ship using a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Thelittlekiwicosis not responsible for any packages not received and/or any damaged packages.  We do not accept c.o.d. packages.  

Once Thelittlekiwicoshas received your item(s) and inspected them we will process your exchange. Please allow up to 10 days upon receipt of your item(s).

Please note that all exchanges MUST be made within 14 days of delivery.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

All order cancellations and returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.  This is to cover the cost of the transaction fees we incur at the time you place your order - we are not able to recover these fees once the order is placed.  

 

** ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO ThelittlekiwicosWITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER BEING DELIVERED.  **

 

We will gladly accept most regular-priced merchandise for exchange, refund, or store credit provided that you return your items within 14 days of delivery for domestic orders. At this time, all international orders are Final Sale.  In order to receive to exchange, refund or store credit, your items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in orginal packagng (if applicable) and with the original tags attached. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged and are deemed Final Sale:

- Any item purchased with a discount of 15% or greater

- Swimwear and Underwear

- Tights, Socks, Footwear

- Headwear including but not limited to; hair clips, headbands and all hats

- Pacifier Clips, Teething Toys

- Stuffed Animals

- Tableware 

- Mystery Bags

- Any other item that may present issues with hygiene.

Please note; this is a FIRM policy - if you return final sale items; you will not be refunded.

Preorders, presales and special orders are not eligible for cancellation, refunds or exchange.  All sales are final.

In order to process your return we will require the information made at the point of sale - order number and/or name used to purchase.  Without this information, we are unable to process your return and issue an exchange, refund or store credit.  Exchanges will be subject to inventory availability.  Please do not send back your return without this information - it can be found in your confirmation email.  

 

Our Shipping cost is non refundable. The FULL cost of this will be deducted from your final refund unless the item is faulty, this includes those orders that received "Free Shipping".  You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item.

SALE ITEMS.


All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.  This includes any order where a discount of 15% or greater has been applied either by a code or that has been marked down on the website.  Only regular priced merchandise may be returned.
